If you choose to cancel

With more than 24 hours to the experience, you can cancel free of charge by contacting Långmyre Vineri directly. You can rebook your experience free of charge up to 12 hours before scheduled visit. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will appear under Rules and security on the experience's product page.

With less than 12 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please be aware that the experiences often include preparations, which involve expenses that must be covered, and you cannot therefore get the money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unforeseeable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the person responsible for the experience so they know that you will not be participating anyway. We will do our best to arrange an alternative for you. You will find the contact information in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to the other side.
