Itinerary

  1. 09:30 Education

    We start the day with a joint gathering as we go through the basics of how we harvest, which grapes to pick and which wines they will go to.

  2. 10:00 First harvest session

    Time for the first grapes to be picked!

  3. 12:00 Lunch

    We serve up a hearty and rustic lunch in the vineyard and gather strength for a second session of harvest.

  4. 13:00 Second harvest session

    Now we're picking up the last grapes for the day

  5. 15:45 Fika

    Before the end of the day, we serve coffee and something sweet to keep the flame up.

  6. 16:00 Closing

    The grapes are packed on the tractor and taken to the winery in Burgsvik and we thank you for a great day together!

Practical information

Harvesting is weather dependent and may be cancelled under certain circumstances. We will notify you by email if this happens.

Extra secateurs are available to borrow, but if you have your own secateur, you are welcome to bring it.

The grass in the vineyard is often damp and we recommend warm boots on the feet, wind, rain and wear-resistant clothing and gloves.

Both two- and four-legged harvesters are welcome!
